We said goodbye this past week to our dog Alex.. he has been part of our family for the last 11/12 years.. we got him as a puppy.. over the last 6 months he started to go down hill, and the last couple of weeks a bit more quickly.. he left wedneday early in the morning sometime.. I found him when I came down to start our day... it was kind of a shock.. but kind of not.. I am glad he died at home in his favorite spot on blankets and pillows nice and comfy and warm.. and not at a cold vets office..
Bye Alex.. you were a pain in the ass.. and loved to escape and run around town.. everyone knew who you belonged too and would bring you home..ha.. thanks for being part of our family... you are missed.
Its been awhile since checked out your blog....thought I would pop in. I'm sorry to hear about your dog:(. We lost our dog heidi last April 4th. We had her since 1997. Your photos of the kids are excellent! Love all of them!
